Senior Solutions Consultant (French Speaker)
Overview
As a Senior Solutions Consultant with a focus on implementation, you will play a critical role in configuring and deploying software solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, translate these needs into technical specifications, and implement our software products accordingly. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing abilities to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse their business requirements and technical needs. Conduct discovery sessions and provide expert guidance on how to best use our products to achieve their objectives.
Solution Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement software solutions based on client requirements. Customise products through coding, scripting, and use of APIs as necessary to meet unique client needs.
Project Management: Lead and manage the implementation process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Work with Technical Solutions Consultants to provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions to clients to ensure they understand how to use the implemented solutions effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on system configurations, customisations, and operational procedures.
Quality Assurance: Work with Technical Solutions Consultants to ensure the implemented solutions function as expected and meet the quality standards. Collaborate with QA teams to perform functional and non-functional testing of custom solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback and analyse solution performance to identify areas for improvement. Proactively recommend enhancements and optimisations to meet client needs and improve overall satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagements and a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing support.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting, implementation management, or SaaS project management role
Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in solution design, or customer onboarding in a SaaS or enterprise software company.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and other integration technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks proactively.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms is a plus.
Certifications in relevant technologies or project management (e.g., PMP, ITIL, etc.) are advantageous.
Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events (if required)
Language Proficiency: Ensure fluency in English, as it is a mandatory requirement for clear and efficient communication within the team and broader organisational context
